Srushti Deshmukh is beginning to prepare for the UPSC entry in her 3rd year in engineering. When she finished her senior year of engineering, Srushti Deshmukh wondered if she'd like working in the field of engineering. She realized later that her ideal job would be within the civil service, and she decided to pursue this. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil rights and get an employment that would benefit the general people. She was motivated to become an IAS officer and was focused on that goal. In order to be a candidate for UPSC, you have to do more. As she studied her engineering subject, she also used to study for various topics at UPSC. Everyday she carved out the time to study for exams. She spent only one month preparing for the test and kept off Facebook and other social media in her lives. The reason she believes in focus and concentration are essential to pass the test to become a government official. Her efforts were arduous to attain her aim of passing the exam at first try. Every day, she reads papers to stay informed of all the latest information. She also got a lot of support online by collecting various studies materials, and also viewing Rajya Sabha TV.
